🔧 1. Repair Services

  • We provide diagnostic and repair services for smartphones, tablets, and related devices.

  • All repair assessments are based on visible or reported damage; hidden issues may affect final pricing or turnaround time.

  • We aim to complete repairs as quickly as possible, but time estimates are not guaranteed.


💰 2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the repair.

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.

  • All prices quoted are subject to change based on the condition and model of the device.


🛡️ 3. Warranty

  • Most repairs include a limited warranty covering parts and labor. Warranty coverage will be explained at the time of service.

  • Warranty does not cover: physical damage after repair, water exposure, or unauthorized tampering.


🔒 4. Data & Liability

  • While we take precautions to protect your data, we are not responsible for any data loss during the repair process.

  • Please back up your device before submitting it for service.

  • IFix Egypt is not liable for any indirect damages or device failures unrelated to the repair performed.


📱 5. Unclaimed Devices

  • Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after service completion may be considered abandoned and disposed of accordingly.
