At IFix Egypt, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our work and aim to ensure every repair is done right the first time. However, we understand that issues can arise, and weβre here to make it right.
If you’re not satisfied with the repair, please notify us within 7 days of the service date.
We will first attempt to re-service or fix the issue at no additional cost.
If we are unable to resolve the issue after re-inspection, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the problem.
Devices with additional or unrelated damage not covered in the original repair.
Issues caused by customer misuse or third-party interference after the repair.
Services that involve irreversible steps (e.g. water damage recovery attempts) are non-refundable, but weβll inform you upfront.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5β10 business days.
For cash payments, refunds will be processed in-store with valid identification.
